  • How will my order be processed?
    We take 1-2 business days to process your order, once this action is done, we proceed to send you your tracking number in this will inform you about your package when it will be taken to its destination.
  • How long does the shipment take to arrive?
    This depends on the shipping method you have selected.
  • What are the available shipping methods?
    First-Class Mail 1-2 Business Days. Priority Mail 3-5 Business Days.
  • Are your items true to size?
    The quick answer: YES! All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We measure each product by hand and provide fit details for each style, so be sure to read the details section before purchasing.
  • What are the Payment Option?
    PAYMENT OPTIONS CREDIT CARDS We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. * WHEN PURCHASING WITH A CREDIT CARD, BILLING AND SHIPPING MUST BE THE SAME. *
  • Do you sell gift card?
    At the moment we do not have gift cards available, stay tuned with our update emails to know more about this.
  • What is you Return Policy?
    We created a space, to explain everything in detail, please go to Returns/Exchanges to know more.
  • Are you a legitimate store?
    Yes! We are a small one year old business located on the North side of Minnesota. We film our own merchandise and ship each item from our warehouse. While "scam shops" seem to be getting more and more popular, we are not one of them. We take all of our own photographs and ship them directly from our warehouse, in traditional store style.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    No, we are an online-only store. However, we love our Minneapolis shoppers! We offer local pickup of orders at our office in Coon Rapids, MN. Simply choose "local pickup" at checkout and we'll call you when your order is ready.
  • When will the behind-the-scenes items on Facebook/Instagram be available for purchase?
    Items that appear "behind the scenes" on our Facebook/Instagram will be available on the website during the next week.
  • How often are items restocked?
    The short answer is that our best-selling products are restocked on a weekly basis. However, shipping times make it difficult to provide a specific restock date. We offer email notifications when your favorite items return. For each item you want to be notified about, please select your size and enter your email address to be notified when the item has been restocked. We do not restock sale merchandise. Those items are final sale. Warning: once you start, you won't want to stop!
  • What items are dry clean only?
    Big question! Get the most out of your clothes by taking proper care of them. Most of our items can be washed cold / delicate and laid flat or hung to dry. We will inform you in the product description if something is dry cleaned only. Be sure to review the details for cleaning instructions before purchasing.
  • ¿How do I know my size?
