How do I return my merchandise?

How does the exchange process work?

If you want to exchange the same item for a different size, you can place a new order for that item.

You will have to pay for return shipping for the new item and we will issue

a REFUND to your original form of payment for that item when your return is processed.

All other returns are for store credit only.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Yes! We have two options you can take to exchange your item for a new size.

Our inventory moves quickly, so we recommend purchasing the new size now.

Please return the original size to us within 45 days of ordering for a refund.

Return the unwanted size to us, make a note of the change on your invoice and we will send you the new one.

A credit will be issued if the item is out of stock.

Please note: That sale items are for final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I exchange my purchase for a completely different item?

If you would like to exchange your purchase for a completely different item, please send us your item (s) back.

We will then issue you a store credit, making it easier for you to purchase your desired item.
